If you have a PS2 Slim model and want to softmod, look into a custom lid that has an opening that doesn't trigger the DVD drive to stop running when you open it and look into a memory card with Free Mc Boot on it and whatever disc swapping software of your choice. PS: If you wanna add dynamic shadows or remove the PS2 blur, go to the game's files, open skygfx1.ini and for the shadows find pedShadows and stencilShadows then set both to 1, for the blur find blurLeft, Top, Right and Bottom, set them to 0 and then go to stream.ini, there you will find similar ones again with 8, set them to 0 as well. Now head to your GTA SA directory, extract the rar there and that's it! Easy as that! Enjoy! :P Okay cool, now you will need a Rar/Zip extractor, I recommend WinRar.
